Jim's clients have included General Electric, General Motors, Texaco, MBNA, Prudential Healthcare, Presbyterian Hospital (Dallas), as well as many small and mid-sized companies and professional corporations.Jim provides professional development and consulting on operational risk, change management, people management, and performance improvement. Jim has been an instructor with the Professional Education Center at St. Edward's University, Austin TX, and has held adjunct faculty positions in organizational behavior, leadership, and business communications, with St. Edward's University School of Management, Austin TX; New York University School of Professional Services; and the Administration Division at the US Military Academy at West Point.

He was an original Founder of ValuePoint LLC, and maintains a strategic alliance, bringing his expertise as a Certified Fraud Examiner and senior financial VP to jointconsulting engagements. John has over 25 years corporate experience in accounting, finance, and international operations. And, as a Financial Management Consultant for the past five years, he has provided CFO and operational risk management services to several companies in transition.John has also supported strategic business units in semiconductor, micro-component manufacturing, and in the oil and gas support industry.He is the former VP and Director of Finance for Motorola Inc. and previously served as Financial Planning Manager for Texas Instruments Inc.John's experience base includes controller roles, risk management solutions, restructuring, and cost reduction project leadership.As a Certified Fraud Examiner, John specializes in forensic evaluations of 10Ks, 10Qs, annual reports, and provides investment due diligence and litigation support consulting. John received his MBA degree from St. Edward's University, Austin TX, and the BS degree from the University of Houston.He is a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE) and has academic teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at the Graduate School of Management, St. Edward's University, teaching Financial Statement Analysis.
