ValuePoint conducts an holistic assessment of performance and operational risks, to determine the current state of key operations. The assessment process is managed using ValuePoint's proprietary Model. The model includes structured interviews and tailored surveys to ensure a 360o understanding of all potential operational deficits and risk factors, their probabilities, and their potential cost to the company. However, the assessment also identifies internal best practices (sometimes called "appreciative enquiry") which could be migrated to other units in the organization.
ValuePoint then analyzes and interprets the results in partnership with the client's "Steering Team," facilitates a planning process to identify target performance improvements, and designs an implementation. Operational risks that rise to priority status are selected by management, and ValuePoint facilitates the teams responsible through planning and rollout of each key initiative, taking other appropriate roles as required.
